All Eyes On Me Summer Program
Every child deserves a moment in the spotlight.
ALL EYES ON ME SUMMER PROGRAM is a nonprofit musical theater experience designed to help young people build confidence, discover their voice, and express themselves through acting, singing, and movement.
Welcome to All Eyes On Me Summer Program
Where creativity meets confidence. We are a nonprofit youth musical theater program dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and uplifting space for children ages 5–13. Here, students are encouraged to grow, explore, and express themselves through the performing arts while building lifelong skills in confidence, communication, and collaboration.
This is more than a summer program — it is a space where children are seen, supported, and celebrated.
An 8-Week Musical Theater Experience
Over the course of an 8-week summer program, students receive hands-on training in musical theater, including:
- Vocal Technique and Singing
- Acting and Character Development
- Dance and Stage Movement
- Ensemble Collaboration and Rehearsal Skills
The program concludes with a final showcase performance, where students step on stage to share their growth, hard work, and creativity with family and community.
The Vision Behind All Eyes On Me
My name is Jordan Griffin, founder of All Eyes On Me Summer Program. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at Fairleigh Dickinson University and am a proud Ewing High School Class of 2024 alum.
This program was not created as a business idea — it was created from lived experience and purpose. Growing up, I experienced instability, including homelessness, and struggled to find a sense of belonging and confidence. For a long time, I felt unseen and unsure of my voice.
Everything changed when I found the performing arts. Through theater, and mentors who believed in me before I believed in myself, I discovered a space where I could express myself freely. On stage, I found structure, discipline, and a voice I didn’t know I had. That experience shaped my life. Now, I am committed to creating that same opportunity for other young people.
What We Believe
“Confidence comes before technique — but technique strengthens confidence.”
- Confidence is built, not required
- Creativity should never be limited by circumstance
- Every child has a voice worth developing
- The arts can transform lives when access is provided
