Our Purpose

Our Mission

At All Eyes On Me Summer Program, we believe access to the arts is not a luxury — it’s a necessity. While many programs remain financially out of reach, we are committed to removing those barriers and creating a space where every child ages 5–13 can grow, express themselves, and shine without limitation. No child should ever be turned away from their potential.

Our Approach

Our Philosophy

At All Eyes On Me Summer Program, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is capable of growth, expression, and excellence when given the right environment. We do not believe in limiting opportunities to only those with prior experience or financial access — instead, we meet every student where they are and help them rise.

We combine structured training in singing, acting, and movement with a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and discover their voice. Because confidence isn’t something children are expected to walk in with — it’s something we intentionally build.

We value collaboration over competition, knowing that the strongest performances come from a connected and supportive ensemble. Every student plays a role, every voice matters, and every effort is seen.

Above all, we believe that access to the arts should never be a barrier. Our program exists to ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow, belong, and shine — both on stage and beyond.

Our Impact

Why This Program Matters

In many communities, access to musical theater training comes with a high price tag, often placing it out of reach for the very children who could benefit from it most. As a result, talent is overlooked, confidence goes undeveloped, and too many young people never get the chance to discover what they’re capable of.

All Eyes On Me Summer Program exists to change that.

What sets us apart is our commitment to both access and intention. We provide high-quality training in singing, acting, and movement while creating a supportive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged to grow. Here, students aren’t expected to come in confident — they build that confidence with us.

We are not just offering a program — we are creating opportunity, removing barriers, and making sure every child has a chance to step into their spotlight.

Our Story

The Vision Behind All Eyes On Me

This program was not created as a business idea — it was created from lived experience and purpose. Growing up, I experienced instability, including homelessness, and struggled to find a sense of belonging and confidence. For a long time, I felt unseen and unsure of my voice.

Everything changed when I found the performing arts. Through theater, and mentors who believed in me before I believed in myself, I discovered a space where I could express myself freely. On stage, I found structure, discipline, and a voice I didn’t know I had. That experience shaped my life. Now, I am committed to creating that same opportunity for other young people.

confidence comes before technique — but technique strengthens confidence
