Overview

Program Overview

The All Eyes On Me Summer Program is a nonprofit musical theater training program designed for children ages 5–13. Over the course of 8 weeks, students are immersed in a structured, supportive, and creative environment where they develop skills in singing, acting, and dance while building confidence and self-expression.

Each session is designed to be both educational and engaging, culminating in a final live showcase where students perform for family and friends, demonstrating their growth, dedication, and creativity.

At the heart of our program is one belief: every child deserves the opportunity to be seen, supported, and celebrated through the arts.

Structure

Program Structure

The program runs as an 8-week intensive summer experience, with consistent weekly rehearsals and workshops. Each session includes:

  • Vocal warm-ups and technique training
  • Acting exercises and character development
  • Choreography and movement training
  • Ensemble rehearsal and staging work
  • Reflection and confidence-building activities

A typical class is structured to balance discipline and creativity, ensuring students are actively learning while also feeling safe, encouraged, and engaged. Our approach is designed to mirror real musical theater rehearsal environments in a developmentally appropriate way for young performers.
